The Bramble Company
Terms & Conditions
Our Products
Craftsmanship & Materials
Bramble primarily crafts its pieces from solid hardwoods, with additional materials used when needed for stability. We predominantly work with mahogany and reclaimed teak. Products are meticulously handcrafted and finished in our privately-owned factory in Indonesia.
One-Of-A-Kind Craftsmanship
Each Bramble piece is handcrafted and finished using natural materials, resulting in subtle variations and imperfections that enhance its character. These unique details, including natural wood patina and finish variations, are not only expected but cherished by our customers, adding to the individuality and charm of every piece.
Customization Made Easy
Bramble provides exceptional custom finishing options, allowing you to personalize your piece. Slight variations are natural due to our meticulous hand-finishing process, ensuring each piece is truly unique. Individual finish samples and custom finish color boxes are available to order online. Bramble does not offer COM.
Made For Residential Use
Our furniture is crafted for residential settings. While many customers incorporate our pieces into commercial projects, please note that we do not provide a warranty for commercial use.
Indoor Use Recommended
Unless explicitly labeled for outdoor use, our products are intended for indoor use only. Outdoor exposure will void the warranty.
Care and Maintenance
Bramble prides itself on its quality. If cared for appropriately, our furniture will last a lifetime. Below are steps you can take to minimize damage to surfaces:
• Always use coasters and placemats on any surface a glass could be placed.
• Spills should be wiped up immediately.
• Keep furniture out of direct sunlight as it may bleach finished and cause movement in panels and tops.
Most of our items can be cleaned with a damp cotton cloth. We also recommend cleaning with Murphy’s oil wood soap. For further care instructions, please visit our website.

All opening orders require prepayment. Stocking Dealers may apply for net 30 terms. Approval to extend terms are based upon individual company credit checks and references.
Net 30 payments are due 30 days after receipt of the product. Failure to submit payments on time could result in the loss of your extended term arrangement.
We reserve the right to switch late payers back to prepayment and to cancel all in-house orders. Orders from delinquent accounts will not be accepted, and in-house orders will be canceled. Once the account is in good standing, orders should be resubmitted with credit card information. We will not ship to accounts which are past due under any circumstances.
Shipping and Delivery
Carriers
Bramble partners with specialist furniture carriers serving the U.S. and Canada for all less than container orders. Freight charges are based on our Wholesale price list before discounts and are billed on the main invoice when using our carriers. Freight is non-refundable. Current rates are available on our website.
If using your own carrier, we can provide estimated weights and volume, also available under the “Specification” section on our website. Your carrier must schedule pickup 24-48 hours in advance. Bramble does not offer palletization of their products and is not responsible for any damages incurred during a third-party transport.
Truckload Rates
We will provide special quotes for truckload rates upon request. Should you book your own carrier for truckloads, it is essential that your carrier is able to carry furniture and have pads and straps available. An additional loading fee may be applicable, should the carrier not have appropriate labor.
Will Call
Customers can arrange their own pick-up by their preferred carrier directly from our NC Warehouses. We require a minimum of three full working days to pull orders of 3-4 items and up to 5 days for larger orders. Due to the large number of daily pickups from our facility, we do our best but cannot be responsible for driver’s waiting times.
Drop Shipping
Bramble does not offer Drop Shipping directly to your customers. Should a dealer deliver directly to a customer, Bramble accepts no responsibility for any freight charges or claims incurred.
Delivery Locations
All orders must be shipped to a commercial business or warehouse location. Furniture receivers must have a location that can accommodate a 53’ trailer and can unload products at an elevated dock or have help to unload off the back of the truck. Bramble does not offer residential deliveries. Unloading for all orders is customers responsibility.
Offering Our Products Online
Online Sales Policy
At Bramble, we prioritize partners who showcase our products in physical showrooms. Consequently, the number of authorized online-only retailers is limited. Our products may only be sold online by established approved brick-and-mortar accounts that adhere to our MAP pricing policy.
All items purchased from Bramble that are advertised online are subject to the following terms and conditions. The placement of a purchase order assumes full agreement with these conditions.
Who Can Offer Our Products Online?
Online retailers must be approved to sell Bramble Product online. All approved accounts must adhere to MAP Pricing.
MAP Pricing
We take our MAP policy very seriously as we believe in safeguarding all customers’ opportunity to profit without being undermined by online competition. MAP prices are listed in the price lists and will be enforced.
Our MAP is equal to 2.1 x Stocking Dealer price. Authorized Retailers who offer products for sale via the internet agree not to advertise below the “Minimum Advertised Price.” MAP pricing on clearance priced items will typically be the Clearance Price x 2.1. Violation of the Minimum Internet Advertised Price Policy will result in suspension of orders and shipments and will also require the immediate removal of Bramble items from your websites.
Consumer Communication
Bramble is a wholesale distributor and does not work directly with consumers. Should a Bramble dealer choose to sell our products online, the dealer is responsible for all correspondence with their end user.
Damage and Returns Policy
Following the terms and procedures outlined below will ensure prompt claim processing.
Product Expectations
Bramble products are handcrafted and intentionally imperfect. Customers should be informed that wood tones and finishes may change over time, especially with exposure to direct sunlight. Minor scratches can be easily repaired with touch-up pens. To prevent surface rings from hot or cold items, the use of coasters and placemats is essential.
Rattan, as a natural material, varies in color and texture, with inherent flaws contributing to its rustic appeal.
Bramble primarily uses solid hardwoods, which naturally expand and contract with humidity changes. Customers in extremely dry or humid climates should select products accordingly.
Product Specifications
Due to the handmade process of our furniture, measurements and finishes can vary slightly. Catalog, online images shown in photographs and color chips may vary from the actual colors due to the nature of the printing process, computer monitor calibration or the nature of the hand finishing process.
Buyers Remorse
Bramble is a wholesaler furniture manufacturer and does not accept returns due to buyer’s remorse.

Product Inspections
Bramble may request that our Sales Representative for your area inspect the items prior to any action being taken.
Freight Claims
The trucking company is responsible, according to the terms of the Bill of Lading, to deliver the merchandise in the same condition that it was picked up in. Freight invoices are deemed to be separate from product invoices, therefore all freight invoices must be paid regardless of product claims
To avoid losses due to freight damage, please follow the procedure below.
